1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Clausify ("the Service") at clausify.site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Clausify does
Clausify is an AI-powered contract scanner. It analyzes contracts you upload, flags potentially risky clauses, and provides plain-English explanations and negotiation suggestions. Clausify is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Output from the Service is informational only and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Clausify.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) upload contracts you have no right to share; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models; (c) use the Service to break any law; (d) abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent paid plan limits.
5. Plans, billing, and refunds
Free plans include 2 scans per month. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pay-per-contract credits are non-refundable once consumed.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to contracts and documents you upload. You grant Clausify a limited license to process them solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your contracts to train AI models.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI output is complete, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. Always have high-stakes agreements reviewed by a qualified attorney.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clausify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
